VIJAY GOEL BLAMES SHEILA FOR DELHI’S WATER CRISIS (Hindistan Times 15 June 2012)

NEW DELHI:Senior BJP leader Vijay Goel on Thursday said the water crisis in the city has increased due to the negligence of Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit who did not taken adequate measures in time. Goel said he will reach Dikshit’s residence with a water tanker on Friday and will gherao her. He added that with the support of RWAs, he will soon launch a ‘Pani Andolan’ against the CM. “The water crisis has deepened because Dikshit did not make adequate arrangements beforehand. It is only after the crisis surfaced that she is holding meetings with DJB. The government is only interested in increasing water tariff without taking any measures to improve water supply,” said Goel.
